Not Issuing Final Certificate

Please take my complaint against Coordinator (N.Govindswamy), Superintendent (Other State Section) of Additional Controller Examination, Sethuraman (Additional Controller Examination) because Four years over for my course but till now they have not issued my final mark sheet.

Due to my coordinator mistake instead of November I have appeared my exam april I have given application to sethuraman two times through email (sethuram_ram@yahoo.co.in, mkumumbai@live.com) and fax on 16-MARCH & 11- APRIL for consider my APRIL Exam result to Nov Exam Result and also issue my final Mark sheet/Certificate.

Now four years is over of my Course, but till now my final Certificate and course completion certificate not issue by University.

I have talked to Superintendent and Sethuraman; I got response rewrite all the papers, Superintendent supporting to coordinator, because Coordinator and Additional Controller Examination both have done the mistake.

instead of rectify the mistake, they are saying i have to rewrite the papers or about me Coordinator have to speak to Additional Controller.

when i talked to coordinator, he says i have to talked to Additional Controller, both escaping hand, nobody solving my problem.

My BCA course is 3 years, now is four is over, so why they have problem to issue my final Certificate?

Due to Coordinator and Additional Controller mistake my career has spoiled.

Following are the point those are not verify by MKU coordinator of mumbai study center and MKU additional controller of examination.

1. He has process my exam form 6 month before because he assumed I am BCA Lateral Student instead of BCA Regular student.

2. I have submitted examination form to Coordinator, why he was not verify, whether I am eligible or not to write paper on APRIL?

3. How Additional controller of examination done attestation on my hall ticket without verification?

4. My Enrollment no and name is not exist in Nominee list for write the exam paper, why allow me to write the papers?

5. At time of exam my left hand shoulder bone was fracture, but in that condition I was writing papers, my coordinator knows my condition of hand, he can stop to me for writing paper, he can say to me I am not eligible for this exam.

I have trusted on my coordinator only, due his irresponsible and wrong guidance, I have written papers on April.

6. my Result has been issued on website (www.mkudde.org) i have cleared all papers, then why not issueing final Certificate?

Kindly take action on Coordinator (N.Govindswamy), Superintendent (Other State Section) of Additional Controller Examination, Sethuraman (Additional Controller Examination and take me out from bad situation and tell them for issue my final Certificate.
