My fee draft have been cashed by them but mu admisssion was canceled by them

I applied for the course diploma in school administration through this study centre of this university in delhi in August. i deposited two drafts one in favour of university and second in favour of study centre with my original 10th cerificate and graduation marksheet. They sent books after some days. But when i did n, t receive any admission proof through university in form of I - card till some months then i sent mail to university after that they informed me through letter that your original certificate, marksheet and draft have been misplaced and you have to send the duplicate copy of that deaft again. When i contact the unoin bank of india the concerned authority told me that we are unable to give you duplicate copy without confirmation through the branch of said bank in madurai. I informed the university that bank is taking time so i will send duplicate copy later In the mean time i contacted the study centre through personally and through phone but gave me phone numbers each and every time to solve my problem but none of them gave me right solution of my problem. Earlier study centre was shifted to NIAM in tamooor nagar I also contacted them but it was also useless. Bank was also not giving me response in that tension i made new draft and sent it in favour of university through sped post on 10/09/07 i have a copy of letter which i attached to that draft. They gave me deadline if fee not received before 13/09/07 your admission have been canceled I also informed about this to NIAM through lettter when I did n't receive any information I send many e - mails and letters to university through speed post I have proof of confirmation they received my letters but i did n't get any response till 2008 I confirmed through bank that my new draft have been cashed by university I have proof on which date it was cashed. I again sent warning letter but then also they didn't try to contact me I am so tense about this dishonesty I remain ill for long time so it was not possible for me to file case in consumer court . pls give me advice that can i file case in court now on the base that my original cerificate lost by them wastage of my money and my precious time.
