Councelling

Dear sir,

I would like to inform you that i have given the test of M.T.U.(Mahamaya Technical University) for lateral entry in B.tech, the result is decleared and I have got 440 (gen) rank. Sir in this test nearly 10000 students give test and only 699 candidate selected as there was cut off marks for general candidate were 25% i.e. 75 marks & 20% i.e.60marks for sc, st candidates out of 300 marks. My intention is that upto 430 rank (for general) have secured 76 marks . sir I ask to M.T.U. office that if the few selected candidates do not go for councelling by any reason then the lower rank candidate can appear for councelling. They answer NO .

dear sir I would like to draw your attention that ' more then 500 engineering college are affilated from U.P.T.U. and more then 110000 seats are alloted in these institution and according to them 10% seats are for lateral entry students it means more then 11000 seats for lateral entry students' & they selected only 699 candidates.

Sir this amended rule is making helpful only private institutions so that they can take donation from not qualified students . sir please get involve so that this "donation business" which is now made legal by M.T.U should stop & students can do coucelling.
