Wrong exam form filled

Hi I had few ATKT's for sem 1 papers for which I had to fill a form in my MGM college, Panvel.

First of all I had to stand in a very long queue to get the form and then I was issued a sem 2 form instead of ATKT form. I filled the form as I was tired and didn't read the heading properly. I got my form checked through my examination centre which verified it and submitted it to the University of Mumbai.

Now I have received 2 semester II hall tickets and nothing for Semester 1. I was told by my college 2 days before the exam that my hall ticket has not arrived and I might get it 2 hours before the exam but it never arrived as I filled the wrong form and today I missed my 1st paper for which I prepared well.

The college is not helping me at all, although I know that I should have read the heading but the college department verified the form in front of me and signed it before submitting it. So they are at fault as well. I went to the University with my parents but they are not helping me as well. If I don't get to appear for the semester 1 exams I will lose a year.

I would really appreciate any advice or help as my next paper is on 30th May. I am going to the University again tomorrow to meet someone in the examination department.
