No rules and regulations for study, and not good place for the school

Dear sir/madam

there is school near my house..the name is BABA DEEP SINGH PUBLIC SCHOOL..its affiliated to PSEB..i am trying to tell that there is no rules and regulations in this school..no water for the kids..no good place for the school it is near a garbage plot..and they have small rooms for the classes..even kids are not properly sit there..many people lives there on rent in this school..they are playing with childrens future..no planing of study nothing..please do something for their future..
