Sir now a days in lot of colleges like Malla reddy, CMR, Aeronautical engineering college, MLR, Ellenki etc are not taking the faculty with MCA, Mtech qualification and if there are any staff with this Qualification who are getting more than 16000/- they r removing with out any reason and they are appointing the people who are pursuing their Mtech and who joined as Mtech students in their colleges as regular students. They r not providing any facilities for Mtech students and they r using them as faculties. Becoz of this reason MCA people who r having Mtech that to distance and also regular are not getting any proper jobs with good salaries.

Even though the faculty is having 4 to 5 experince they are paying only 1- to 14000/-.

sir i did my MCA in 2002 batch i am having 5 yrs exp still i am getting 13000/- previously when i was working in MCA college i use to get 17000/- now no one is taking us in interviews if it continues like this then what the situation of the people who completed MCA long back . sir Please look into the matter and do us good for the people and for the students. Thank u
