Mis Behaviour From the owner- Narayanasawami

Hi,

I was going to to purchase a new car within 10 days, I must be able to drive the car confidently. That is the reason, I have approached Manasa driving school, RHB colony. I joined manasa driving school for a refreshment course. I was having license and had learned driving a couple of years back. They have charged me 2700 (270 per day) for 10 days class in i-10 vehicle. They were starting with steering balance training, though I told them, it was not required for me. Second day, they were giving me, clutch and accelerator training. Traninig time is only 45 minutes. Initially they told that compulsory 60 minutes will be there for training

My trainer told that he would be giving training on Sunday too. But when I approached on sunday, its owner (one NARAYANA SWAMI) behaved me very roughly. He was shouting at me why I went to his office on SUNDAY and in case I require training on SUNDAY I must call the trainer directly!! I was shocked with his weird behavior!! Then he said that come to his office on Monday and he would be arranging training.(feels like unstable character!!)

On monday I reached his office, and I tried to request once again my requirement (that I didn;t want to waste hours like one day steering training, second day day clutch, accelerator, third day first gear, second gear). All of a sudden, he was shouting at me to take the money back and get lost!! I am totally shocked. Then I demanded my money back. He initially told me to come evening. But during that time, some new joiners were there. So in front of them, I demanded to refund the money. Then he given 2100 rupees. When I asked him, it was 270 per day, he was telling that he would charge 300 per day.

I guess this person, would not have given the money in case there were no new joiners. He is very tricky and cheating person. Also he is having the arrogance of owner of 8 driving schools and 30 vehicles. But this man is not understanding that he was making more driving schools based on the income and the satisfaction of the driving learners!

So people, beware of this training school's owner!!!
