REFUND OF SECURITY Rs4500

Sir,

We all are the students of Diploma Engg. (3yrs) from Mangalmay Institute of Engineering and technology, Indri Road, Karnal. We have completed our diploma with different trades. Here with your Cooperation we want to state that above mentioned institute did fraud with all of us. At the time of admission college authorities charged fee Rs 30, 200 per year (annualy) including Rs 1500 as a caution money refundable which was for one time only. While college authorities received same fee Rs 30, 200/- for the next two years also without deducting caution money. We did protest of it but they denied. They charged caution money Rs4500 from us Rs 1500/- per year. Now We have completed our diploma course and requested to the college authorites Principal and Registrar. They said that we should talk to the chairman because they are servants and cant do any help in this respect.

Then We talked to Chairman he says, which caution money? We don’t have received any caution money Neither for one year and Nor for Three Years. Its very shameful & discusting for the college authorties. Chairman Sir should think that this type of greediness can spoil the goodwill of the college.

While, we have college fee’s structure with us as a evidence which is approved by the Technical Board in which Rs1500 refundable caution money also includes and given in details of annual fee. Moreover we have college receipt of annual fee of Rs. 30200 for all the three years. So this is clearcut case of 420 and we want our refundable caution money Rs 4500/- back with your cooperation. If we can’t get any relief, then compelled by the circumstances we will knock the door of court for justice & complaint to the Director and Minister of Technical Education &will present a copy of above cheating /fraud with the approximate three hundred students to the Media & Press.
