Marks card
Not Received my Marks Card

I (Narasimha Prasad) completed My BCA (Bangalore University) in the Year of 2007 and my registered number (584524) in the ICSI College (No. 78, Elephant Rock Road III Block, Jayanagar, Bangalore - 560011. Phone : 6344278. Email: icsi@vsnl.net). But my 5th semister marks card still not yet received. If i asked in college they are not answering properly and giving answer like server is down and marks will be coming on monday every time. but still we didn't received. Please some one help me to get my marks cards and to receive my convocation. Nearly three people need to receive 5th semister marks cards and need to apply convocation.

This is bangalore university problem or college problem, please help us from this problem.
