MBA Distance learning course

I had enrolled for MBA course with ICFAI in 2007 and paid 10, 000 rupess cash upfront to the Preet Vihar centre, ady in charge was Ms. Rathod and councellor was Krishna Shukla who even came to my house to collect post dated cheques for 18 months and convinced me that I would complete the course easily, however after Group A suddenly Icfai changed our syllabus and we students complained to SSD however the decision remained same. From then on I have not received any help from ICFAI regarding completion of my course. I have paid the entire fess of Rs.4323 EMI each month and I stand nowehere. I wrote to them in between that I want to discontinue due to my hectic work schedule but they did not bother to listen to me neither did they offer any alternative to help me understand the subjects. I really want to claim my fees back as I have no inclination towards the university and have lost faith completely. Please help.
