Dear Sir or Madam,

Sub. :- changing birth certificate

Add. My Baby Name and changing in Father Spelling.

My Name is SURINDER SINGH, My wife name is PARAMJEET KAUR, My baby girl name is SANTPREET KAUR. SHE BIRTH DATE IS 31-12.

My Compliant is MCD OFFICE not doing any change. Yes I Submit all documents in MCD OFFICE Dt. On. 26-6, 1st application ID no. is : - 1082973. we not receive any Proper response from MCD Office. I say again an again please complete my work because my baby school Admission. but officer say come next week or after 15 days. Because MCD software not working .. then long time to go ..

Thereafter I 2nd time submitted all documents again...

MCD officer give me again 2nd application ID no. Dt on 06-02. And he saying check online dt on 16-02.. yes i check and i upset because my work was not done ..
