Dear Sir,

Myself Raj Kumar S/o Late Pritam Chand My Address 10/4 MCD Colony Model Town-III, Delhi 110009. My Father was worked in MCD Shardhara Municipal Corporation Primary School Vishwakarma Park, Ward No 221 Delhi 110092 till 31.3.2010. Herewith I want to request you to look into the matter as my father’s salary for February & March was not credited to his account because there is some objection regarding income tax which is already been paid 440/- to concern Dept. Even though the salary is not been credited till date, after that the Education Dept (Kantinagar Zone Mrs. Sima Sharma) saying they required Approval from Deputy Commissioner for the same, she also confirming that they cannot able to trace father’s service book for nominee. Requesting you kindly resolve the issue at the earliest. Also, attaching the scan copy of earlier complaint letters for your reference.
