Declare result in economics

I am the student of B.A 4th Sem. of SH. LAL NATH HINDU COLLEGE having MDU UNIVERSTY Regn. No. is 10-LHR-1168, I Appeared in MAY in papers Economics, Maths, Hindi, English under Roll no. 1151135057. When I checked my result on the internet I was shocked to see that marks in Physical Education were shown in the place of subject Economics which I have opted. I have contacted concerned branches so many times. But I am given not the satisfactory answer You are request to declare my result in economics and issue me the correct DMC and oblige.
