Marked absent in exam

Respected Sir,

I am student of B.tech affiliated to Maharishi Dayanand University. I have given exam under special chance in UIET (Rohtak). The fee of that exam is 4000 rs. The result of that exam was declared on 1 September. On my result RLA (Result Late) is shown. After a month they convert RLA into ABSENT. I go to university many times no one entertains there, they just take my result photocopy and a application. My one year is almost going to be wasted but still i m not having my result. Without my result it is impossible to do job. There are also many students like me. They are just destroying future of students. I am requesting you to please take strict action against this kind of univerities.
