Recovery of Original documents from MITM Indore

I had taken admission in MITM Indore in 2006 (2nd year Electronics & Communication) through transfer course after completing my Diploma.

At the time of counselling I had submitted all my original educational documents (10th & Diploma final Year marksheets).

I discontinued my studies from MITM since march due to illness.

I already submitted full fee of one year.

When I went to the collage for collecting my original documents they are asking 62000 rupees more.

Pls do the needful.
