Irritating behaviour of staff

Dear Sir, Maa'm

I am a ex- student of Meerabai polytechnic and I passed out in 2008. I want to launch a complaint about the staff of meerabai polytechnic. The Head of department of Modern office practice always give the wrong information about the updation of marksheet and diploma whenever we go to college for taking marksheet she said that marksheet is not come even marksheet has issued by bordof technical education and when i asked to academic cell then they said that your marksheet has come we are unable to get the right information. Miss vijay H.O.D always irritate us and insult in front of whole class and said very cheap words please consider this matter and told them to help the student in right manner.
