Casual Leave was considered as Loss of Pay

Im the staff working in Mohamed Sathak A J college of Engineering, Chennai. In the month of November the staffs who are taken Casual Leave (One Day) was considered as Loss of Pay. That is, the management has deducted one day salary for Casual Leave.

When the staff members asked, he said, this is the rule here... if u want work here. otherwise get out from this college... (in rude manner)

In this college, the CL (Casual Leave) for every month should be taken within that particular month. If we dont avail that leave, it will not be accumulated to the next month.

And the CL must not be taken on monday and friday/saturday (the last working day in a week). For any emergency, if we avail CL on those days, it will be considered as Leave with Loss of Pay.

In this college, the principal (Dr. Hameed Hussain) is not giving proper respect to the staff memebers, he abuse words...

i request you to take necessary action
