I had purchased a course on 13th April online from monster.com in Logistic and supply chain management, at that time the call centre agent promised me to give support through but I did not get any time or never.

They sent me a book to my home along with a letter that THIS BOOK IS GENERAL GUIDE ONLY, STUDENTS NEED TO CONSULT OTHER BOOKS ALSO. THEN WHY DID THEY TAKE Rs 1, 910/- from me??

my exam was on 13th June, only 6 questions came from that book and all remaining around 40 questions came from outside.

when the test completed I failed and my grade was FLA (i.e. 1to 5 % below the pass mark). pass mark was 30 out of 50. Instead of showing pass percentage they gave me a fail percentage. it is their custom so that they do not need to print a certificate. the co ordinator gave me a black and white print out of report on a very bad paper that i failed by 1 to 5 %.

I was cheated by 1, 910 Rupees
