Non fulfillment of commitment

Dear Sir,

At the time of admission of my son Shresth in Mother's Pride, Galleria Branch, Gurgaon, I was promised to give album worth Rs. 7500/- complimentary by the counsellor (have fee structure also). But they haven't mentioned the same on the receipt, for which I enquired again. Counsellor mentioned the same by hand onthe receipt and that too worth Rs.-. She denied that she promised the album of Rs.7500/-. My son completed Pre Nur. & Nur.from there only. I enquired about the album before the nursery session end and his class teacher asked for the receipt. I have sent the copies of the same.

They offered me a CD containing 6 photograps of Nursery. It's unjustified. from Rs. 7500 they moved to Rs.2000 and now they are offering a CD worth Rs.50/- only. Session ended on 15th March and till date I haven't received any response from school.

I want to inquire who will take action against such organization who is doing anything for the business. It's not a matter of album only but my right. It's School's responsibility to fulfill the commitment.

Please advice.
