To request the MOUNT CARMEL COLLEGE authorities to allow the final year students to apply for the 1'st and 3'rd semester papers

I am a third year degree student of mount carmel college, i have a paper to be cleared from my third semester and it is mandatory that the students should clear all their papers before they complete their final semester. But our college management is not allowing the present batch students to apply for the 1'st and 3'rd semester papers. This is made our admissions for further studies not possible as we are forced to wait till october to clear the paper and apply for the certificates.By which time all the pg admissions would have ended and we would loose a entire year. I request on behalf of all the final year students who have to clear their 1'st and 3'rd semester papers to help us and give us a chance to apply for the exam so that we can clear it.
