Slow internet connection

My no. is 22181336 and my internet connection is very slow. my connection takes long time for opening any web site and also my downloading speed is 15kbps in IDM and 10kbps in torrent. most of tme when i open any web site, it can not open without refresh.

solve it as soon as possible.
