Fees not refunded

The College is cheating the students by taking the fees and then not refunding it back. The College authority is a cheater. The College is a fraud college. They are just taking the money from the students and not returning them back. I kindly request the authorities to look in this matter. Many students are stuck in this matter. Please do the needful.
