Non-receipt of original result, convocation, etc

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am in S.Y. LLB - Jitendra Chauhan College of Law. At the time of taking admission in the LLB required to submit the ORIGINAL RESULTS, CONVOCATION, etc.. and submitted the same. At the time of collecting the same, college infomed me that - there is difference of name (Middle name - IN RESULTS, ETC. FATHER'S NAME & IN COLLEGE HUSBAND'S NAME), and for the same submitted "Marraige Certificate" Copy.

I am Company Secretary by Profession and completed all the requisite trainings and received certificate for the same. And MY MEMBERSHIP NO. IS HELD UP DUE TO NON-RECEIPT OF MY ORIGINAL RESULTS, CONVOCATION, as the same is essential / mandatory document for membership no.

After so many follow-ups with the college since December everytime I get answer that you will it soon but unable to receive yet (5 months passed).

And due to same I am loosing my proofessional business, hence requesting you to do the needful on priority basis.

Kindly resolve my problem.
