I cant recieve my scholarship from three years

My self Amol R. Jambhulkar, from the last three (3) years, i cant recieve my scholarship. The college office staf first say that the check of your name is ready only the principal sirs signature remain. Sometime say that in account there is no balance remains. So sir do not sign.

So, please sir i request to you that quick reaction to be take n i required the final result because the amount is 14500₹. The all years sleeps of fees paid are provide to college md available also.
