This college situated in saltlake, sector-v of kolkta, a private b-school asking money from the student with illogical reasoning that of poor attendance still the providing distance education program from pTu affiliation & impose the issue created by PTU university, but university providing a distance certificate.

Even no other PTU affiliated college does not ask about attendace.

They are asking lumsum money of 11, 500 rs. as a fine, is it possible?
