Non supply of study materials

Dear Sir,

I have sent bank draft for Rs 3250/- for the cost of AIPMT study materials on 11/01/10 in favour of National Foundation for Educational Development Roorkee. But till date no study material have been delivered by them. They are not attending the phone calls. The address of the company is: " National Foundation for Education Development, 361, Civil Lines Roorkee 247667 ". I guess that the Company is totally fraud. Now I want to take legal action against their frudulant act. Kindly advice.
