About a missing DD

Dear Sir,

I have registered in NICMAR-SODE for correspondence course for PGPIDM on 22.10.2008 by depositing a fee of twenty thousand five hundred by DD having no: 015261, dated 06.10.2008 of HDFC bank for the module M-51.Then I have also attained the exam for M-51. Then I have deposited a DD of seventeen thousand five hundred for M-52 (DD no: 705067, dt.12.08.09). But the materials for M-52 not been despatched by the office. Then they told by phone that they have already returned the first DD i.e. Having no: 015261, dated 06.10.2008 of HDFC due to some mistake and told to give me a second DD regarding M-51 and then I have submitted second DD having no: 706545 dt. 07.11.09, icici bank for M-51. The returned DD has not received by me yet. I asked many times for the release of 1st DD but in vain. The co-ordinator do not pick up the phone and told by his assistant that a letter regarding missing DD will be despatched soon. I have also said to give a letter for the missed DD from office so that I can release my DD from bank as the bank manager need it for processing but no result and no reply from more than one year. Please take it seriously. I possess two receipts of M-51 payment for two DDs.
