After taking heavy fees for MBA programme the institute is no where

I have joint National Institute of Management, as one of its student in feb '08. and paid 17000 as for enrollment at rajkot (gujarat) office. The course i had taken was a fast track mba where in i can give exam from the sixth month to 2 year of period in between, but when i tried to contact the office at rajkot few months back it was closed and since then it is closed till now. I tried to contact the executive working there but nothing, so i mailed the company twice but no response is coming from there, so take the thing as it and do the needfull
