Pending result from last one yea

I have been waiting for my result from last one year.i didnt get the result, nor did i get the original certificate of mine.also i had paid a sum of rs 10, 000 to a reference teacher on the account of my result.

please look into my problem.my carrewr is on stake..i lost my mother... i want to fulfill her dreams which is not possible without the results...
