Bogus Computer Traing Institute

I had enrolled for a IT course in NCP Technologies which promised to give us coaching in C, C, Data Stucture and Linux based on our WBUT B.Tech syllabus and train us for our semester exams. They even said that they will teach a lot more in depth than what is being taught in our college. They charged me Rs 6000 for the total module which had the course contents as said above. During the initial easy stages of C, it was alright, i.e. teaching was moderate but as the curriculum went deeper, the teacher there had no knowledge and could not solve a single problem of our university question papers. Everytime we went to them with any queries, they failed to even teach a single thing about the topic and bluntlly said "We dont know." When we forced them to solve our problems, they said that "We wont solve a single problem of yours and teach the course as we wish. Do whatever you can." Under these circumstances there is no question of taking training from these bogus teachers. So I wanted 50% of my money back as 50% of the course had been somehow completed (although we are unsatisfied even with that). So after calculating I and my 2 friends wanted our money back so that we can enroll somewhere else and prepare for our semester exams. Although he earlier said that he will return our money but is not not returning a single penny and saying " do what ever you can".

I and my two friends are very concerned as our Rs6000 have been robbed from us and we have not been taught anything properly. We are nowhere near to completing our syllabus and the standard of teaching is so below par. The angry remarks of the teachrs such as, "We will teach anything as we like", "we will not solve a single problem of yours", "do what ever you can", are really very annoying. I need to learn my syllabus and for that I need to enroll somewhere else too, but as they have taken all the money it is becoming very problematic for me. They say in their advertisements that they invite engineering students and after taking the money they are destroying our lives because If we go by their teaching, we are sure to fail in the exams as the teacher herself has no knowledge of engineering.
