Complaints against frequent change of faculty

I am a NERIM student (Guwahati) and I wish to let you know that I am not at all happy being an MBA student. The reason behind this is that NERIM always gets a new faculty without understanding our sentiments. This makes us fall in a problematic position where we are unable to get any good knowledge about the different subjects. I am really in a mess what to do now as its been only 6 months in NERIM and they have changed 3-4 faculties already. They seem to be playing games with our future.
