Misuse of new AICTE guideline for recruitment of Assistant Professors

According to new guideline implemented in april only (Btech Mtech) qualified person can teach Btech courses. I have done MCA (Regular) Mtech (Regular) 3 year teaching experience also. But still i am not even allowed to give interview for that post. All s/w companies take MCA to be equivalent to B.tech. But our education system is not recognising that. Me and hundreds of my friends like me are facing the same problem. there resume is not getting shortlisted anywhere. After this new guideline, colleges are taking Btech Mtech) people only... we have become unemployed forever. If this guideline is to be followed kindly convey this thing while taking addmission in MCA in all universities so that everybody may come to know about the scope of MCA.
