FEES DEPOSITED BUT INSTITUTE SAID THERE THERE IS NOT ANY BRANCH IN DELHI

Dear Sir, In december I was take admission in NIBM. New Delhi. For Distance Learning Program. for the CFM Course (Chartered Financial Management). i have pay fees around 25000, thousand by cheque in instalment. after pay fees there is no any exame conduct by Institute. after six month i was call to institute there is no response his phone number is wrong. please help me i have already paid Rs.25000 (twenty five thousand)
