NIIT staff ill treat customers

I was undertaking a certification exam in NIIT Adayar Pro metric center on 24th feb at 3pm.

The person in charge was impatient. He was very rude towards all people who had come for the certification test. We were made to wait for more than a hour.

Before entering the pro metric center I wanted to secure my bag full of valuable items, he offered me a locker with a broken door rudely saying that it wold be safe there and no one will take your bag.

I had to search for an proper empty locker my self and put my baggage inside and lock it. After entering the exam center I was searching for a PC.

He came and pointed at a PC and asked me "The PC screen shows a name, Isn't this yours? ". I was irritated to the core. Being inside a test center i didn't want to start a fight.

All the people in that room were IT professionals working for top MNCs with more that two years of experience.

If professionals are theated this was I can only imagine the way you people treat students. I would never recommend any of NIIT even for a pro metric test center, forget education
