NIIT
Issued me used eVoucher and now not refunding my money

I purchased eVoucher for SCJP exam from NIIT Bangalore, Residency Rd. on 12th sept'11 and with full confidence I appeared for the exam on 18th feb'12, as I login the voucher number, it says that this voucher is used once and now cannot be used again. It means that NIIT has issued me the used voucher, when I complained NIIT about it, they are denying it and blaming me instead that I leaked the voucher details to someone else. Tell me why would I do this, when I bought it for my purpose with my own money. NIIT is not refunding my money and protecting itself by giving number of excuses. I feel completely dejected and want to take some action against them. They are playing with students time and money. Kindly help me in this matter.
