NIIT Belgaum
Low wage

Myself Sahiba Kave, I work for NIIT belgaum as a faculty. I and my other colleagues get insulted every month by receiving our salaries as low as " Rs. - ". They take lots of work from us and give us peanuts at the end. If we request for our increments, we are threatened that we will be removed from the institution.

Even a mason earns 100 rupees a day, and we being educated and having a respectable job earn less than that. Is it fair? Is the the difference between an educated and non-educated person?

In this high time of expenses, our HOC " MR. RAGHUVEER " behaves rude to us and doesnt give a raise.

Can somebody help me out in this, I literally feel like crying after looking out for my expenses.
