Not Refunding Fee

I fill the online form of niit 99 days diploma program then they come to my house 3 times and ask for admission and giving 5000 discount.

But I have to register them quickly. I go there and ask about courses and the fee including tax is going almost 30000.I have not decided yet what to do java or .net. But till then I have submitted 5000 rupees and filled a red form and not mention course name either form nor the bill. So I go their again and ask for advance java program they called they don't providing placment in it and they told me asp.net 4. When I ask for refund they told the refund is not possible and i have to do the course then I selected ASP.Net 4.

They told when the batch has been made they called me, they don't call almost about a week, when i call them for classes, they told day after tomorrow the class is. When I go there I attend the class, i knew that they are teaching asp.net 3.5 and providing asp.net 3.5 course not asp.net 4.

I am the only student in the class and in one only batch. They give a blue form and told this form should have fill, the red form is not for this course.

I have nit fill yet not give photo to them, so i think My admission is not yet complete and they have not send information to Niit.

When I ask again for cancel admission they told one class has been taken by me and it can't cancelled, I have not take the study material yet.

They don't have the faculty for asp.net4. I want to refund money as in form the admission fee and application fee is not refunded. I agree and I want remaining refunds after one class. What can I do now.
