NIIT
Scholarship Discount Promised but not fulfilled

Dear Sir/ Madam,

This is regarding fees structure issue of student pursuing GNIIT course from NIIT Shimla.

We were advised of scholarship discount of Rs. 10, 000 before taking admission but now they are not fulfilling there commitment.

I have been chasing various authoities at NIIT from centre head, WeCare@niit.com, CGRSHO, Manager – Student Relationship to Regional Delivery & IS Manager however they have only one answer "We have escalated this to higher department and it will take some more time”.

This case is pending from last four months, first three months with Centre head-NIIT Shimla and one month with WeCare@niit.com, CGRSHO, Manager – Student Relationship & Regional Delivery & IS Manager.

Student's career is at stake because they are not even allowing her to attempt exams and take transfer out of state for next semester studies.

Please help & advise.
