Reembersement

I had given Rs.4000/- for the SCJP Registration at 16/09 and its validity was 1 year to NIIT Center, Arora tower, MG Road, Pune, But when i asked for the SCJP Vouchers, even after chasing 4 months (Aug Nov) i did not get it, So i choose to reemberse my money back. I filled the reimbersment form in Nov. Now From the last 5 months i am chasing for my money, But no positive response.

Please Look into this matter and help me out of this.
