DEAR SIR/MADAM,

I am sahil sharma, i have been doing gniit course since septmeber two year theory and one year P.P and till now they are not giving my last theory exam date, that's why i want to downgrade my course to two years diploma course, i had a word with them but they said they will not refund my remaining amount just because i paid it, they said me

they will not let me give exams until i pay the fees of P.P, please help me i downgrading my process, i will join some other institute and study more from that money,
