Didnt Receive my GNIIT Certificate

HI Mam/Sir,

Reg. no.- R09116400221 STUDENT ID:- S091106400194 Course & Semester:- IECV2-DT1VCFSV2, T1SMB

I Joined NIIT Paschim Vihar centre in the year 2009 for DIT Course. I have paid all my fees on admission time and its been verified by cashier. I completed my DIT Course from GNIIT on Feb. 2010. But still i didnt receive my certificate. Now they are telling there is a financial problem. All my class mates got their certificates. But they are delaying for my certificate. I have been talked about this to Ruchi mam, but she is not taking any action. I paid Rs.2, 500 Extra amout after saying Ruchi mam. I don't know what i do. Please take action to receive my certificate. From Like this reasons, have to bed effects on GNIIT Institute.
