Advance taken & no classe

Dear Team,

I have paid nearly 9000/- in NIIT for Advance diploma in Finance & Accounting course but it's already 3 Months over and yet to start my classes. I have given a request to refund my advance payment but it was informed that that is non refundable. I was misguided at the time of taking the payment by the instructor Mr. Ankur and Ms. Chinmayee.

The quality of education is also not upto the mark.

As i got a good job in Jindal Steel, it isn't possible for me to attend any classes in day time.

But after repeated request they are simply playing with me and my money is still stuck there.

Kindly help me.
