I need my fees back from niit

I am a student of niit Palakkad Centre. My name is Marjana Mubarak. Student ID S101125900164. I joined niit on 27-07-09 for GNIIT. Its a 6 semester course with course fee 1, 17, 000. I took an education loan from SBI Palakkad. First they gave many options in the syllabus, but later after receiving the fees they were acting so rigid that i have to study what they wanted. First SEM fee was 18752 paid on 05-10-09. It was supposed to finish within 6 months but they lagged it to 10 months and within that time itself they asked for 2nd sem fee. I paid Rs19413 on Feb 2nd the actual sem fee. As per their promise i asked for a track change but they refused to grant that. And even asked for 15000 extra for track change which they mentioned earlier as for no cost. and we approached the center head regarding this issue. But he acted so weird and he also told harshly that its upto me whether to continue or not. Since i had not started with 2nd sem but paid the fees, so asked him for a refund. But he refuse to do so. We went to the centre many times asking for refund but he is not ready to give. As its a loan from bank am worried about its terms and conditions. So please help me getting my money back. This is my request. Kindly do the needful
