Lack of proper information

Disgraceful Staff who consider as counselor of the Institute, Upon trying to inquire for a certain course offered by NIIT she asked me if i had any technical background when i disclosed i had none and asked her if its mandatory she said yes but also asked me to contact another person names as Mrs. Shukla who seemed to be very displeasing and rude over the phone. I tried to take 5 minutes of her time wanting to discuss the course curriculum and the tuition fees, she transferred me to someone else who kept on saying hello multiples times " pretending that she could'nt hear me'. Looks like this institute is overwhelmed with other works. STUDENTS DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. BETTER GO to an institute where they explore your talent and shape you, not institutes like this where they cannot give education if you do not have technical education AS NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE!!! AND don't have a nightmare trying to find the right person to talk to where you will falls in the phone loop or there will be a ghostly phone who doesn't answer even if you call 100 times.
