Sir I had purchase NOKIA N72 Mobile in the year 2008. in the year 2010 month of july a problems is being faced in the mobile that while I call one side sond not leasten me. then I contact to NOKIA Service Centre Jhansi whose phone NO 0510-2470803. He see my mobile and say that your mobile's Speaker and IC is required to be replace then I agree with them. He charge me Rs 690 vide bill no1353 dated 22.07.10. but my mobile not returned me in fit condition . then I again contacted with them . then they say that you will again charged for service and not reply satisfactory. I am hopeless with NOKIA Service center jhansi. Yor are requested to look into the matter and my mobile may kindly be replace plese.
