Fake MBA Marksheet

My name is nirupam moitra i have done my mba under a distance learning program from nim pune i have aplied for a job in a private ltd org when they verified the marksheet they informed me that the institute hasnt got any affiliation from the govt. Its not recognized by any any govt body of india its completely fake!!! they have closed their office in pune and there is no way to track them so what shall i do can i get my money back by any chance m planning for my mba from velinkers mumbai now.waster 2 yrs and obscene amt of money for nothing what will the govt take any action against this institite?? or shall i forget everything and carry on with what my daily routine I'm sure that the govt will take this issue casually as it does for all such cases.but can i hope for something good to happen???
