Illegal collection of fine from students

Subject: Regarding the management forcing student to pay high fine for insufficient attendance.

Respecter sir,

This mail is regarding the con donation or the fine that is been taken from the students of MBA 2nd year batch of NIZAM'S INSTITUTE OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY (JNTU), DESHMUKHI BRANCH, POCHAMPALLY, NEAR RAMOJI FILM CITY .

Sir, actually my friend, i don't want to take his name, he is studying in MBA 2nd year in above mentioned college, as in the situation of being absent for several days including him the other students of the same class are been highly fined, apart from the fine allotted by the JNTU UNIVERSITY i.e. only rs-600. the college management made a list of some rage of categories like (student of 0% attendance rs- 15000, student of 30% attendance rs -10, 000, student of 55% attendance rs- 6000, student of 65% attendance rs-4000, student of 75% attendance rs- 600). So, as per this list the total amount that they are collecting is around RS:1, 50, 000, on that they are not providing any receipt for this payment, and not letting know any student where the fund is been used, and the management are forcing student to pay this amount as per their attendance or they will b not allowed to write the external exams. and even for the last two semesters we are paying the same amount .as nobody objecting about this, the management had made this as a trend.

I regrettably request you sir to take some action on the management of the college, as this college is a minority college and parents of the student cannot pay this huge amount of fine that the college management are imposing on the student of MBA (JNTU) 2nd year.

I hope sir you may please concern my request and help the student who are being pressurized by their management.
