No result!! No marksheet!! No certificate!!

I have registered for PGDHRM course via their distance learning programme. I have cleared all my papers for the 2nd year and have submitted my project on 360 degree appraisal at the institute office. My details are as below:

However, its been almost a year but i have not received my marksheet for the 2nd year or my certificate. I have written several emails to them and have also visited the office personally on several ocassions, but no one seems to be willing to help!!
