Non receipt of certificates

I had taken admission with NIM on 24 Mar for GDBA and EMBA. I was made to believe that both the courses is a package deal and I can avail the good offer now or else the amount will increase later. So I paid online 15, 000 and 22, 000 respective for the courses. I have proof of online payment and have also received scanned receipt for the same.

Later I recommended two friends to NIM hence my EMBA course was upgraded to MBA.

For the past one year I am being told that I will receive my certificates, my nothing has come. Now when I try to call them, the mobile numbers are not responding and no one is ready to talk.

After looking at this forum, it seems this NIM is fraud!!! Please help me to recover my money or get a valid certificate if that is possible. Help!
