CAUTION/WARNING: DON'T JOIN ORION CALLTECH

After three rounds of interview and a fourth one with the GENERAL MANAGER, SOMNATH BANERJEE, I was told by ORION CALLTECH that I have been selected for the post of "VOICE ASSESSOR" (an ASAP REQUIREMENT) and I would be contacted ASAP after they decide upon my salary, I was told this on a day which was supposed to be my date of joining, the 14th November. When MR. Banerjee took my 4th interview on my "date of joining, " I had to tell him that it was supposed to be my "date of joining", and this happened in Kolkata, which is supposed to be the HEADQUARTERS of ORION CALLTECH. I waited for hours in their tiny office at Omega tower, 5th floor, Intelligent park (filled with dishonest companies like ORION). The HR had me submit four copies of my photographs, the copies of my certificates and even spoke with my mother to verify my qualification and professional details and my temperament.

First I was told that I am suppose to wait for the Training manager, MR. LEO JACKSON, who was on leave for few days as told to me by the HR, and would later decide when should I join, by the HR named Polomi, who works in the HEADQUARTERS. However, when I called later in the week to find out, whether I am joining the company or not? she seemed to have NO CLUE, when I asked if Mr. JACKSON is back from leave and decided about me, she told me "oh he is not the one who decides" contrary to what I was told on my DATE OF JOINING. She also, advised to try for other companies.

My most sincere advice to all those who read this: DON'T JOIN ORION CALLTECH, nor as a trainee or as a member of the faculty IN THE HEADQUARTERS. My experiences with ORION CALLTECH has been a complete WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

And if you don't want to be in my position, stay away from ORION CALLTECH and its HEADQUARTERS.
